Papa John's Donates More Than $9,000
In 2017, locally owned and operated Central Pennsylvania Papa John’s stores raised a total of $9,199.22 for the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank.
Papa John's gave customers 40% off online orders and donated 10% of the discounted purchase price to the charity, when customers ordered online at www.PapaJohns.com and used the charitable organization’s specific promo code, PAFOOD to receive the discount and ensure their order was counted toward the donation.
All money raised from the promo code PAFOOD will be donated to the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank, who delivers more than 48 million pounds of food every year to soup kitchens, shelters, and food pantries in 27 central Pennsylvania counties.
“We’re extremely grateful to Papa John’s and their customers for this donation, which will provide almost 60,000 meals for our neighbors in need,” said Joe Arthur, Executive Director of the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank. “This donation will support programs for children, seniors, veterans and other individuals struggling with hunger in the 27 counties we serve.”
The offer will be available again in 2018 at participating Papa John’s stores in the Central Pennsylvania area. The offers are valid online only and customers must use the promo code PAFOOD to redeem.
