Designed with food preparation assistants and snack programs in mind, this abbreviated training covers five key areas:
- Basic food safety
- Personal hygiene
- Cross-contamination and allergens
- Time and temperature
- Cleaning and sanitation
To receive your Food Handler ServSafe® certification you will need to take a test at the end of the training. This training or its equivalent is required for all on-site feeding programs. Certification is good for three years.
REGISTRATION & COURSE FEE
Participants MUST attend the entire training. Space is limited to the first 15 people registered. Registration must be completed online. Registration deadline is Wednesday, April 5, 2017!
