On April 5, we held our first Top Taste fundraising event at our Harrisburg Healthy Food Hub. Our event featured creations by local Chefs Ben Beaver of Café 1500, Qui Qui Musarra of Mangia Qui, and Jason Viscount of Greystone Public House. The chefs prepared dishes using items found at the food bank. Chef Pippa Calland of Midst8 Taco selected the items each chef would use for the evening. Special thanks to our emcee, Valerie Pritchett, Chef Clare and her students at Dauphin County Technical School, our sponsors and everyone who helped make this a truly special event, raising more than $70,000 for our programs.
