Invitation for Bids: Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP)

The Central Pennsylvania Food Bank, located at 3908 Corey Road, Harrisburg, PA 17109, is now accepting sealed bids for preparation and delivery of unitized meals (breakfasts, lunches and dinners) for approximately 50 sites serving approximately 2,000 meals daily (Monday-Friday) in Dauphin, Cumberland, Franklin, Lancaster, Mifflin and York counties for the dates of September 1, 2018 to June 1, 2019.

Bids are due by 2:00pm on Tuesday, August 21, 2018, when a public bid opening will take place at 939 East Park Drive, Harrisburg, PA 17109. Invitations for Bid may be obtained at 939 East Park Drive or by e-mailing Donna Lattanzio at dlattanzio@centralpafoodbank.org. Contracts are subject to review by the Pennsylvania Department of Education. A 10 percent performance bid may be required of the successful bidder.
