Food Safety & Nutrition

Food Safety Certification

Our national affiliate, Feeding America, requires food safety certification for all Central Pennsylvania Food Bank partner agencies. Food safety certification must be completed by at least one volunteer staff member working with your agency program. The food safety certification can be completed in one of two ways:

  1. Watch our video and take the quiz online by clicking on the "Register Here" button in the red box.
  2. Find the next available food safety certification class, held at the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank Harrisburg facility.

For additional food safety certification classes, visit Carol Gilbert Consulting.
