Education Policy Studies Department Fighting Hunger Campaign!

Penn State University’s Education Policy Studies Department will be hosting a Virtual Food Drive from November 11 through December 11 benefiting the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank (CPFB).

Our goal for the Education Policy Studies Department Fighting Hunger Campaign is to raise $1,000 in support of the CPFB.

Today, 1 in 10 Pennsylvanians struggle with hunger – 1 in 6 are children. Every $1 donated helps the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank provide 6 meals to our neighbors who struggle with hunger. Because of the Food Bank’s wholesale purchasing ability and efficient distribution model, a virtual food drive gift multiplies the impact of your generosity. A virtual food drive also enables the Food Bank to obtain and distribute the most needed healthy and nutritious food such as fresh fruits and vegetables, dairy products and center of the plate proteins.

Together we can make a difference in the fight against hunger!
